Occasionally when copying events to next year, users will get the generic message to look for errors on the page without any other error message being visible.
There are 2 known causes:
1. An event has ticketing enabled without any venues or event times
2. A different option is selected in the "event forms" dropdown (such as selecting ticketing when it was set to registration) before selecting "copy to next year" in the top dropdown

Definition of Done
- If an event has ticketing enabled but does not have any venues or event times, it will be treated as not having ticketing when copying it
- When selecting "copy to next year" on the copy page, it will force the "event forms" dropdown back to whatever it loaded as
