5506 fancy schmancy confirmation emails

A few of our events want the option of hiding the actual tickets in confirmation emails. To accomplish this, we would like a setting to be added to the resend confirmation email feature. This setting should make it so that the "View tickets," "Print Tickets," and "Manage Order" buttons are not included in ticket confirmation emails. Please ensure that the print ticket page will not display the tickets if this setting is enabled. Rather than give a 404 error, there should a be a page that informs the customer that tickets will be visible at a later date.
There should be a field to enter a time at which the setting will automatically switch back, that way events do not forget to reenable the setting. It will be paramount that, after the setting has been reenabled, if the event resends all confirmation emails, the ticket confirmation emails will have all of the buttons visible. All confirmation emails sent out while tickets are being hidden should have a universal message indicating that the transaction has gone through, but tickets themselves will be sent out at a later date.
We would like separate settings for both registration and ticketing.
