Definition of Done

• ✅ Transfer, deferral, and edit registration settings are combined in a "Registration Self Edit" page
• ✅ Participant to participant selling is on its own page "Peer to Peer Selling"

• 🚧 Edits only charges the edit fee once per registration (this is current behavior), even if the fee was completely covered by a promo code
