Directors sometimes get confused at what a transfer/deferral or basic edit is. Please have the following 3 on a page together:
Category Changes
Deferrals
Basic Edits

Then Participant to Participant Transfers should now be on its own page.

Directors want the option (a setting) on the page with the category transfers/deferrals/basic edits to allow for multi deferrals/transfers. Right now if an entry is deferred the new entry doesn't get credit for the original money paid and they are now required to pay the full entry amount and a deferral/transfer fee. Many races would prefer to have a setting where the original dollars paid would be counted (even if years ago) towards whatever new thing they are moving to. Even if the dollars are coming from more than one year (for example I started in the 10K, but upgraded my deferral to be marathon that is more expensive the next year... this would mean we need to count dollars from multiple years into the 3 years deferral after we have the feature correctly built.

On this same page we need to have a setting for allowing promo codes to be used on category transfers, basic edits & deferrals. If this setting is enabled it should work on the transfer/deferral/edit fees if there are any, it should also work on the difference in price for the category where applicable when enabled. Lastly, the promo code setting when enabled should also work towards answer cost. This would make it so that if a race has a deferral fee it would be possible for the participant to pay $0 when deferring if they have 100% off code, or a code with large enough dollars off.

To be clear... the participant to participant transfers feature should not allow for promo codes, and it should not allow for credits past the current entry back in time. These new settings we are making should have no change to the participant to participant transfers.

There is a layout issue on Deferrals that we want cleaned up (this is likely an issue on category changes as well and if it is please adjust there too). See attached.

While in proxy for a category change the Finish button on the checkout screen is going over the top of the total, so you can't see your amount you are paying. That button should not be that wide, and it may need to have a line break or something.

When loading the old category change page for the first time on an event it often has some SQL error, but then if you refresh it works. Let's try to get initial page load for an event to work.
